Preferred Consumer Products Private Limited (“Preferred Consumer”) is a joint venture
company between Universal Wellbeing Pte. Ltd. of Indonesia and Everyday Industries India
Ltd. Preferred Consumer is an Indian Consumer Goods Company set up with an objective
of marketing FMCG products (“Products”) in India.
This website (“Website”) has been set up, and is operated and maintained by Preferred
Consumer for the purpose of providing general information about Preferred Consumer to the
visitors and also for advertisement of its Products to visitors. The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”
used in this Policy refer to “Preferred Consumer” and the terms “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”
in this Policy refers to the users/visitors of the Website.

of this Website. In furtherance of the same, Preferred Consumer has framed this Privacy

applicable Rules thereunder.

information that users may share with Preferred Consumer or Preferred Consumer may

Website which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available
or likely to be available with Preferred Consumer is capable of identifying the user such as

information relating to users such as: (a) password; (b) financial information such as bank
account or credit card or debit-card or other payment instrument details; (c) physical,

to users to third parties. However, Preferred Consumer may share user Information with

such third parties have undertaken to maintain confidentiality of Information relating to the
users:
(a) Third Party Service Providers: Preferred Consumer may engage third party service
providers to render various services and perform various functions in relation to the
Website. For instance, Preferred Consumer may engage third party services providers
for maintenance of its Website, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance etc.
(b) Business Transfers: Preferred Consumer may transfer or otherwise share some or all
of its assets, including your Information in connection with a merger, acquisition,
reorganization or sale of assets or business or in the event of bankruptcy. Should such

compliance of a legal obligation.
(d) With User Consent: Without prejudice to the aforesaid, Preferred Consumer may
disclose Personal Information relating to the user with his / her consent. For this
purpose, Preferred Consumer may send a prior notice to the user before sharing
Personal Information relating to the user with third parties. In case no objection or
intimation is received from the User, Preferred Consumer would presume that user has
granted its consent for sharing of said Information with third parties.

7.2 Preferred Consumer will share your Personal Information internally with those staff
